How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through our Tracking Portal.

Shipping carriers may take a few days to update tracking details. If there’s still no update after several business days, please contact our support team.

Carriers may sometimes mark packages as delivered early. Please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, or contact your local post office. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to our support team.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your address. Once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to help.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can request a return after delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and the exact amount depends on your location.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Warranty & Product Issues

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all watches come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers movement issues, clasp problems, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond the rated resistance.

If your watch stops working or has a defect, please contact our support team with a photo or short video of the issue. We’ll review it and guide you on the next steps.

If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us right away with photos or details. We’ll resolve it quickly by sending the correct or missing item or arranging a replacement.
