Every Elior watch is built for daily wear and backed for life. If your watch ever has a manufacturing defect — at any point — we'll make it right. No time limits, no registration required.

What's Covered

Elior warrants that every watch is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. If your watch ever stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the affected parts — including the movement, crown, hands, case, and bracelet clasp.

Your warranty is automatic with every purchase. No registration needed. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

What's Not Covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Lost or stolen watches
• Dead batteries (normal wear item — replaceable at any watch shop)
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or scuffs from daily wear
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
• Water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating (3ATM / 30 metres)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to Make a Claim

Email us at info@eliorwatches.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 24–48 hours. A flat $15 handling fee applies worldwide on all warranty claims.

Gifts Are Covered Too

If your Elior watch was received as a gift, it's fully covered. Just include the gifter's name or order number when you reach out.

Our Promise

We reserve the right to decline claims we determine, in good faith, not to be covered under these warranty terms — including products purchased through unauthorized resellers. If your exact model is no longer available, we'll replace it with the closest equivalent at no additional cost.

This warranty is governed by German law, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
